Charles H Thomas was my great-grandfather.

Charles married Nancy Ford

Charles and Nancy had six children - Clarence, Roy, Effie, Melvin, Renue, and William (my grandfather)

These pictures were taken at the Thomas family farmhouse in Bangor, Michigan, where Charles was born.

The farm was purchased in 1851 and remained in the Thomas family for five generations.

Here is a picture of the farmhouse today.

This picture was taken from the Thomas Cemetery in March of this year (2024). The farm was sold in 2013 after the death of Melvin's son Roger Thomas.
