Calvin was a son of Etta Arnold and Ben Jackson.

Etta was the sister of my great-grandmother Annie Arnold Hicks.

Edgar was a brother of Leonard Till, husband of Madge Treat Till (sister of my grandmother Christie Treat Thomas.

Nora was the daughter of Viola Sandefur Solomon,

Viola was a daughter of Nancy Ellen Hicks (sister of my great-grandfather Ulysses Hicks).
