 Charles McMillan Ford married Elizabeth Renew Manley 30 September 1877

Charles Ford was a brother of my great-grandmother Nancy Ford Thomas.

I don't have a picture of Renew Manley. Here is what my dad wrote about her in his memoirs:

Charles McMillan Ford was born 15 June 1855 in Southfield, Orange County, New York, and died in 1914 in Red Lodge, Montana. He married Renea Manley in 1877. Renea (pronounced by the family Ra-noo) was an artist. She died in 1892 and he married Effie V Harvey 11 October 1893. 

[Her FindAGrave memorial states and spells her name as Elizabeth Renew Manley Ford. Her gravestone says Renew E., wife of Chas. Ford.]

Elizabeth Evans Anderson died 30 September 1919, age 79

Elizabeth was a sister of my great-great-grandmother Jane Evans Carter

Elizabeth was married to John Anderson, who fought in the Civil War.

I believe this is the oldest of the family photographs that I have.

James Patrick Hombs married Nicole Elizabeth Nuchia 30 September 2000

I didn't have a picture of Nicole Nuchia Hombs, but I looked her up on Facebook!

Niki is a professional photographer, apparently.

Michael Edward Searcy died 29 September 1975, age 27.

Mike was the son of Bill and Estelle Searcy.

Bill was the son of Will Searcy and Edith Burford.

Edith was the daughter of Alexander Burford and his first wife Helen Virginia Lockard.

Naomi was the daughter of Elmer and Lorene Carter.

Elmer was a son of John and Amy Tamsett Carter.

John was a brother of my great-great-grandmother Adaline Carter Arnold.

Ruby Lois Thompson Burford died 26 September 1985, age 90

Ruby Lois Thompson was the wife of Raymond Burford. Raymond was the firstborn child of my great-grandfather Alexander Oscar Burford and his first wife Helen Virginia Lockard.

Josiah Gregory Miller married Evaline Watkins 25 September 1861

I don't have a photograph of Mrs. Miller. I have this drawing of the two of them, from my dad's family history records:

The Miller family were prominent early settlers in Bangor, Michigan. 

The Miller family is connected to the Thomas family by the marriage of Dale Miller to Alice Ford.

Dale Miller was a half-brother of Josiah Gregory Miller.

Alice Ford was a sister of my great-grandmother Nancy Ford Thomas.

Dale and Alice Ford had a son named John Cleveland Miller.

Giulie died when Allan was born and he was raised by my great-aunt and uncle Harry and Effie Thomas Wieland. (Effie was a sister of my grandfather Bill Thomas.)
