I don't have a picture of Clifford Shelton. He died in a car accident at age 30.
They were sons of Edna Elsie Gibson and Eldon Lloyd Shelton. Edna was a sister of my great-grandmother Lora Gibson Burford. Their parents were Adaline Lucretia Gard and Asa Gibson.

Edna Elsie Gibson and Eldon Lloyd Shelton had nine children: Virgil, Delpha, Eileen, Clyde and Clifford, Mary Lou, Eva, Arthur, and Cecil ("Fred")
Family lore has it that Eldon Shelton was related to the Shelton Gang of St. Louis and southern Illinois, but that he was not an active part of the gang. I have diligently searched and researched, and can find no family connections between the Shelton Gang and Eldon Shelton.
