The people in these photos are related to the three oldest children of Alexander Oscar Burford -- Raymond, Edith, and Hazel. Their mother was Alexander's first wife, Helen Virginia Lockard.

I have no idea who "?A Burford?" could be. I thought it was Alexander -- but then I realized it couldn't possibly be him (although it looks exactly like him!) because he died in 1929 and these pictures were taken in 1948 or 49.
