Bess was the daughter of Pinkney Hicks (brother of my great-grandfather Ulysses Hicks)

Elmer Lee Owen was born 30 November 1891

Elmer was the son of Paralee Carter and David Owen. In this photo Elmer is standing behind David.

Louise Lyon Burford Bergman died 30 November 1994 age 81

This is the only picture I have of Louise. She was the wife of Killough Burford.

Killough is on the right, in Alexander's lap (George, Lora, Deb, Helen, Ishmael, Killough, Alexander)

Louise and Killough had one child, Teddy. Killough died at age 35. After his death Louise married James Bergman, and they had a daughter Rita. They lived in California, where Louise died in 1994.

There's a longstanding tradition in our family -- If you can't decide which one you want, buy one of every color. (Or just buy them all.) That's kind of the principle I used for this post. I couldn't decide which pictures to post, so I just posted all of them.
