Arnold Ancestors - Generation 4 - Raymond Clive "Bud" Arnold

Raymond Clive 'Bud' Arnold was born 11 August 1931, in Banner, Cleburne County, Arkansas

Bud was the son of George Arnold and his second wife Eula Mae.

George Arnold had 13 children altogether - eight with Jessie, and after Jessie died he had five children with his second wife Eula Mae. Of the 13, only two were boys. The first boy, Amos, who was the firstborn of George and Jessie, died at age 7 of typhoid fever. Bud Arnold was the second child of George and Eula Mae.

Bud Arnold married Mildred Ludean ‘Dean’ Middleton 23 June 1954.

I don't have a picture of her.

Bud and Dean had six children: Gwen, Raymond, Buddy, Pamela, Jeanette, and Karen.

I don't have pictures of any of these children.

Karen died at birth. Buddy died at age 6, from being hit by a car while waiting for the school bus. 

(That was a sad day for Uncle George and his family. It was the same day -- 20 April 1966 -- that his sister Mildred was shot and killed by her husband, Everett Garrett, who then committed suicide.)

Bud Arnold died 17 July 1993, age 61, in Zeeland, Ottawa County, Michigan.
