Mildred was one of Uncle George's girls.

(Elvin, Cleffie, and Evalee were children of Annie Arnold Hicks. Sylvia was Uncle Marlie Arnold's daughter. Opie, Obie, Verlie, and Mildred were Uncle George's.)
These are the only other pictures I have of Mildred Arnold. In these two photos she is with my grandmother (her cousin) Cleffie Hicks.
Mildred Arnold married Everett Garrett 18 August 1939, son of Grover Garrett and Celia Wackerly.
I don't have a picture of Everett. There is a bit of a story connected with this marriage. The short version is -- Mildred's younger sister Verlie was married to Everett. But while Verlie was pregnant with her second child, Mildred and Everett were having an affair. So Verlie divorced Everett and married his brother Ed Garrett, and Mildred married Everett.

I don't have pictures of Mildred's other children.
These are Darlene and Steven's original gravestones. There are new stones. I'm not sure where these are located, possibly next to Mildred's or Everett's graves.
Mildred Jewell Arnold died 20 April 1966, Banner, Cleburne County, Arkansas.
Tomorrow I'll post more about the very interesting Garrett family. Stay tuned...
