Charles was the son of Washington Lafayette Thomas and Harriet B. Walker

Charles and Nancy had six children: Clarence, Roy, Effie, Melvin, Renue, and William (Bill, my grandfather)

Nancy Ford Thomas died 21 October 1931, age 73.

Charles H. Thomas died 14 Apr 1939, age 87.

They are buried in Arlington Hill Cemetery, Bangor, Michigan
